Naturopaths please....How long do herb mixes stay fresh?

When a naturopath gives a bottle of mixed herbs, how long do they stay fresh and still effective? Is 2 months too long to keep them?

2 months is fine, as long as the herbs are in the closed bottle, and not in a hot place. Freezing is best for unlimited longevity.
