onthe top of your cake, put some frilly lace, and then make your own mini panties by using some lacy cloth and shaping it

Why not make 2 cakes in pyrex mixing bowls and put them next to each other on a platter.......Frost with "nude" frosting (you can find nude food color in the little paste jars at a craft store);  and pipe a bra onto them.......(or just "pasties and tassels")
