  1. Is it possible he has learned his temper from someone's example ?

  2. Have you had a good look at his diet? Even if you think it is healthy there are often nasty chemicals or sugars hiding in foods which look ok. Juice for instance...many juices aimed at kids have EVIL stuff in them....my daughter goes loopy if she has that sort of juice...even natural fruit juice is too sweet as the sugar in fruit can upset their emotional balance.

Processed foods..like shop bought pies or ready meals...or chicken dippers and things in batter can send them for a loop too....I began feeding my daughter a fresh food only diet...when she has a sweet it has to be chocolate as thats as close to naural as you can get.

  3. I agree with the first person,  you can't go wrong trying a new diet - expect it to take a few weeks. And I would definitely supplement with a (good quality high potency) omega supplement (the one we use is listed here) A friend child tried this and he was like a different boy after 3 weeks! can't hurt to try!

Also attached are some articles to explain how it can help...

  4. no adhd isn't real you just don't disipline him
