I haven't been feeling very good for the pass couple of days.

I've been having butterflies in my stomach for the past few weeks. When I'm stressed I start getting nauseous.

I switched birth control pills 3 weeks ago, because the first set put me into a depression, couldn't sleep, hardly could eat, throw up, diarrhea.

I feel better now, but now I can't sleep and stomach is feeling a bit nauseous from stress. I've had butterflies for a few days.

Could it be a stomach virus, or a my period coming up?

  1. You need to ask your Dr. for a complete physical exam. Too many things could be going on. But in the meantime, have you tried eating soda crackers? That helps a lot of people with nausea. Hope you feel better, soon!
