Nausea, vomiting, no pains?

Question

Last friday, (July 18/08) I woke up nauseated. I ended up spending my morning throwing up in the bathroom, slept the rest of the day. Felt better the next day, although no appetite. Next couple of days, I was fine, very little appetite. Went to the doctor on monday, had blood tests, ecg done, nothing appeared to be wrong. I have been taking gravol for the nausea as it hasn't passed. I haven't had any diarrhea, still have no appetite, and earlier today, threw up again. I'm hoping someone has had this issue and can help me out. Thyroid tests were good, kidneys were good too. Gravol isn't helping anymore either. Throughout the week, I've felt lightheaded, had a bit of motion sickness, and still get it in the car.

Any help please..?

make sure to go to the hospital now and check ur blood count...sometimes the symptoms is like that...later u will feel fatigue...ppl tends to mistake it for pregnacy but hey this is serious...move fast b4 its too late

that the only thing i can think of right off hand and it sounds like u have all the symptoms..
