When I get really anxious I feel nauseous. I know many people who get the same thing but I was wondering if there was any way to prevent this feeling or at least minimize it?

  1. i do this i have never found a way to not do it but when i realize what is happening i just try to breath really deep and calm down

  2. I used to feel the same when I got anxious, too. I would recommend drinking some ginger tea. Also, try to conjure up peaceful thoughts : imagine you're in a beautiful meadow and it's quiet. Just let your imagination take you away. I also suggest you bringing some mints or some other kind of candy you can suck on when you get nauseous.  Good luck!

  3. The best thing to do is stay calm and try and relax I know It's difficult but It really works for me and you can try and do something else to take you mind of it. For the nausea try eating something containing ginger or peppermint also If you suffer from extreme anxiety try talking to your gp and they can give you more information on what to do.

Sorry I haven't been much help

  4. The Nausea is probably caused by your blood pressure rising

dramatically, just take deep breathes, and gently rub your stomach in a circular motion.

  5. Taking Gravol would definitely help but it could cause drowsiness.
