The manager of Pakistan cricket team, Mr Naushad Ali, on Sunday praised Misbah-ul Haq’s captaincy, saying that the leadership qualities of Misbah are key to Pakistan’s progress after a tumultuous 2010, marred by a number of off-field controversies including
the spot-fixing scandal.
Ali, a former wicket-keeper batsman of Pakistan, said that Misbah has been key to Pakistan’s success over the past one year.
"Misbah is a wise captain and his best quality is that he is cool," said Ali while talking to the media reporters on Sunday. "Misbah is the key and as a batsman also he is in great form since being made captain," he added further.
Misbah led Pakistan to a comfortable nine-wicket win over http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755’s first Test win over Sri Lanka in the past five years.
Misbah took over as Test captain of Pakistan after the spot fixing scandal last year, and has not lost a Test series since then. So far he has led Pakistan in nine Test series, winning four of them, losing one, while the other four have been drawn.

Naushad Ali, a former PCB selector, urged the side to perform consistently.
