Nautical store in San Pedro, CA?

Question

I remember a shop in San Pedro CA that sold a lot of old nautical surplus items as well as random new items. It was kind of a nautical antique store / navy surplus store. It was a neat place, but I can't remember its name or where exactly it was. Any ideas?

It was called "The Sea." It has been closed since 1998 and there doesn't seem to be much info on the net about it.
