does anyone know a good website or know how to navigate by nature if you get lost in the woods?

Moss grows on the north side of trees and rocks

The sun rises from the east and sets to the west. If your facing the rising sun then north is to your left. Face the setting sun, and obviously it's to your right.

Water always flows to the lowest point, meaning it flows downhill.

Water = Civilization! When in doubt, try following a water sourse like a river.

Animal signs are a good way to remember where you've been, and to avoid danger. Another good way to remember where you've been is to mark the trunks of trees with a knife or other object every few yards.

Smoke = Fire which usually = People!

There are surely websites with more information, but thesea re just a few things I know off hand.
