Navigating this site?

Question

when i finish answering a question here, my only option is a next question. if i want to return to the page of questions i was looking at, i have to either use my "back" button several times (through all the stages of answering) or go to the heading at the top (the first page) & then choose the page i was on from the bottom.

is there an easier way to return to the page of questions i was on when i answered?

I keep one tab open to the list of questions.  I open a question in a new tab.  Then, when I'm all finished with that question, I close the tab.  (I also keep a few tabs opened to lists of links that I use to answer some questions.)

Firefox makes it easy, since you can "middle-button" click on a link and it opens in a new tab.  I don't know if IE7 does it the same way.
