  1. there are a lot of small people in the navy.  some jobs do not require you to be huge.  as long as you can complete the physical readiness test, which is a 1.5 mile run, pushups, and situps you should be good.  talk to a recruiter if you want specifics about what the standards are.  To bulk up i would suggest eating a lot of protein.  creatine also does the trick really well, but mostly adds water weight.

  2. My advise would be to look up the recommended prior to entry navy seal work out suggestion. Its a 16 week program that will push you to your limits if you aren't fit.

Be mindful of stress fractures!!! They can ruin your plans very rapidly.

  3. buy/ go to a home gym

make a schedule...on days to go

    such as week 1-(upperbody)

    monday go and work out

    teusday rest

    wends. work out

    thurs. rest

    exct..

    week 2-(arms & legs)

    mon. work out

    tues. rest

    exct..

    week 3 - (torso )

excetera excetera lol idk its up to u ...or go and find some dvds to work out with lol
