Nba draft picks 2005?

ok i checked the draft for 2005 and i saw something stupid about toronto.they used there 16th pick on graham.i checked who was the 17th pick and it was danny granger.i was like whoa danny granger avg 19ppg a game and graham avg 6-8 ppg.why didnt toronto draft granger ?
