if you could add 2 teams to the nba, one east, one west, where would they be?

Seattle and St. Louis.  Both lost legendary teams to towns that couldn't really care less about basketball.

Vegas in the west. it would just add to all the fun there. tampa in the east. they got baseball and football. basketball would just add to it. Plus it would be like texas a 3 team state. Orlando, Miami, and Tampa. All within an hour drive of each other.
