Nba live 08 for wii?

Okay so i heard its terrible. But is it fine with using the old gamecube controllers? and do i need to buy a seperate thing to play online?

NBA LIve 08 was an improvement all-around.

On 360 and PS3, it wasn't bad...good graphics but had it's flaws.

On PS2, rent only.

On Wii, i hear the same.

for gamecube, I would expect the same gameplay from PS2 and Wii, the NON-HD Providors.

To PLay online you need to have a connection route to link up to or BUY a wire.

nba live 08 for wii is the most terrible nba game i have ever had but online play is solid when yorue not getting disconnected. you are not allowed to use old gamecube controllers. instead you can only use the wii remote + nunchuck or the wii remote only. you do need to have a wireless internet router nearby(preferably secured). hopefully 09 will be better
