playoffs, 7 game series lets teams make changes and adjust their game plans.  the intensity and the competition in the playoffs are higher than the olympics.  7 game series really lets you see that the better team won.

the competition in the nba is much more fierce than the competition in the olympics.  lot of the international teams probably wouldnt make the playoffs in the west had they joined the league with their teams.

NBA Playoffs for me is more fun, no knock on the olympics. But the NBA Playoffs is just more exciting. The intensity level is so high in the playoffs.

playoffs of course, at least there are less blowouts in the playoffs plus the competition is better

Neither, olympics..I can't see China or Korea playing basketball well, and the NBA all the do is shoot no defense or anything, now the NCAA they have heart that's the best stuff to watch.

Both are fun to watch. The Playoffs is more exciting I think because of the NBA players. They generally play a more exciting style then the international teams. The Olympics is also fun if you are a fan of USA basketball and watching them make highlight plays and blow out opponents.
