Near to passing out due to period??

Question

i have got my first period after miscarriage.

when i went to pass out i had a buzzin noise then after i started feeling ok a little bit i then had a hissin noise in my head like a gas leak or something.

what the h**l is that ?

about 10 mins after that i am now in so much pain with my period??

please help!!!
