Your Question is short of information, you. need to give and address if you want  to locate nearest  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚€ÂœCentro Salud”. However the centro salud is not the place to get  health card (La Tajeta de la Seguridad Social (TASS). To get one of these you need a social security number, to get one of these you need to make an application (solictud). To make your application, you go to the offices of NUSS (can’t remember the exact meaning of the abbreviation) You will need to take with you a copy of your birth and marriage certificate, passport NIE number and  the form E121 form. If your are UK pensioner you can get all the information you need to make the application from the UK Pension Service.

You will need to complete all the forms which are of course in Spanish, if you are lucky there may be somebody there who speaks English, if not you will need an translator with you.

With regard to the nearest NUSS office ask around, you neighbours, bank officers, local police, may be even you local hospital and then there is the telephone directory.

It is possible that a local Gestoria (an agency  for handling official matters  will do the work for you, go in and ask.
