Nearsighted vision?

Question

i have to fill out the rest of my physical, for athletics, due tomorrow. and the doctor never filled out my eye sight section [that just says.. Vision R: 20/__, L: 20/__]

how am i supposed to do that? please help, this is due tomorrow. parents procrastinate as well. tomorrow's the deadline by the way. :[

I DO KNOW, i am NEARSIGHTED [i cant see far]. so i wear glasses. and i definitely know that when i try focusing my sight on something, my left eye sees more clearly than my right, but it's rarely noticable for me. how am i supposed to fill those empty spots after those '20/__'s? i dont get it. i need help nowwwwwww. estimate numbers? please. i need exact numbers, something very reasonable, clear, and perhaps explicable? please, help!

For accurate #s. Go to your nearest optical shop & have them check on your current vision stats. Don't forget to bring your glasses for them to check on it too & give you an update on that if it's still ok for ya to use. Don't worry, it's free check up.

Usually, the place where you get the glasses gives you a little card with your eye test results and glasses specifications. If you don't have it, you might be able to call the place where you got them early tomorrow and get them to tell you the numbers over the phone.

Being as you wear glasses the 2nd # will definately be bigger than the 20.

Like 20/60 or somthing to that effect...but it is impossible to guess at what it actually is.

You should have called the Dr's office where you had your last eye exam, those numbers would have been on file.

You most likely see 20/20 with your glasses, but without your glasses is anybody's guess.
