Nec Bussiness Phone System help?

My company recently acquired another and in the office they have a nec phone system. Currently the phones only ring on the front desk one but we want all to ring when a call comes through. Could someone please help? The company has given us the run around and we don't have a manual....:-(

Im guessing its probably a nec xn120 which is programmed at default to only ring on ext 200, The steps to reprogram are quite easy but itd take a while to describe them and l dont have the manual on me at moment.
