Necchi 3537 ~ Stop Motion k**b Won't Turn

Hello,

I bought my machine many years ago and have not used it much. I took it out and tried to wind a bobbin, but I can't seem to unloosen the stop motion k**b in order for the bobbin to fill.

Any ideas please?
