Necessary or Not-Necessary: Non-dairy coffee creamer

Actually, I'm lactose-intolerant, so I use non-dairy creamer on my cereal, and when I make Iced Coffee .....  My husband is diabetic, and real milk has at least 13 g. sugar per glass, so he'll use it too.......

not really.

i dont really drink coffee.

just put 2 1/2 cups of sugar on my tongue and i can stay awake the whole day!!!

I don't have a fridge at work so non-dairy creamer is necessary.

Not necessary. Only milk is needed for coffee - no milk no coffee..
