Neck Pain after Drinking alcohol????

So for that past 3 months or so I have had some neck pain and or jaw pain after drinking alcohol. It is pretty mild now but nonetheless a neusance. It is difficult to describe since I have not felt anything like it before, but it kind of feels sorta achy and non-chronic. What freaks the h**l outta me is that everytime I search "neck pain alcohol" on google I get stories about people who experience the same thing as me and end up getting hodgkins lymphoma. But what I really want to know is if there are other causes for this or if 100% of people who get this pain get hodgkins.

just go to see the doctor and stop getting so worked up .

I have also felt neck pain after drinking alcohol. Its only the next morning that it hurts, to start with I ignored it thinking it I must of slept funny but its happened 3 times now so im thinking thats something is wrong??? Its like a brused pain, right at top of my neck/base of skull. Its scaring me. Anyone had the same thing? does this sound like symptoms for Hodgekins??????
