Neck back and tailbone hurt I can't breathe what's wrong?

I was drunk 2 nights ago and fell out of a loft in a frat house on my left side ive recently had two shoulder surgeries and I'm worried I'm gonna need another, my back hurts so bad and my tailbone is worse, it hurts a lot for me to breathe, my neck hurts too, what could be wrong??

you could of hurt your spine so i would suggest a good doctor and get a x ray first and then a mri if the doc wants it  because you could be in need of surgery.
