Neck hurts when i swallow and try to turn the side?

Ok,so i've been reading on it and people say that it hurts cause they pulled a musle...but i havent done anything to pull a musle in my neck and it hurts on both sides really bad and it hurts like in my throat when i swallow and the sides hurt when i try to look beside me....please help.

If you have a rash as well, you most likely have menningicoccal. Consult a doctor immediately and stay away from loved ones, and close to hated ones.

look in a miror and hold a flashlight into your mouth. if you see white spots its strep throat

or maybe you just slept in a weird way so now your neck hurts?

i have that right now :S except i have a bad headache to.. i get it a few time but before it just went away in time

Could be strep throat. Consult your doctor.

You need to get to a doctor fast. Don't just ask us here go to some one with the right stuff that will help you.  Don't take a chance it could lead to some serious illness.

try gargling with warm salt water..and eat oranges with salt..GET WELL SOON
