over a year ago i had to a lipoma (fatty tumor) removed from just above my collar bone. the doctor who removed it said that i may have some permanent nerve damage from everything they had to move around. it seems that i do in my shoulder. my entire shoulder is a tender to the touch (front to back) with moderate numbness. i have neck pain from my shoulder up my neck to my ear and the back of my neck. i also get headaches on the left side of my head. im just wondering if this is normal results still from a surgery like this?? or at all..

I also had a neck operation except mine was a cervical spine fusion operation.  I still take pain meds but it's due to nerve damage, not the operation.
