Neck pain and dizzy spells?

Yesterday my neck just all of a sudden started hurting on my left side in the back and goes down thru my shoulder blade. My spine feels sore all the way down to my lower back... My shoulder feels like there is a scrunched up muscle or something. I keep getting dizzy spells today and I have no idea what could be going on...

If you do a lot of computer work it can cause spasms in your muscles.  The muscles going up to the neck being tight can cause dizziness, by pulling on the atlas.  I recommend you see a chiropractor as soon as possible to get an evaluation and help.  I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified doctor in your area: http://www.activator.com/qualified_docto...
