Rice is a staple

Tofu is a staple -- created more than 2000 years ago by a Chinese nobleman.

Many Vegetables and Soy Bean Sprouts cooked quickly in a wok and sauced with Soy Sauce, and Garlic

Chinese 5 Spice Powder is also commonly used.

Tea is the beverage of choice.

Onion Cake a flat pakora-like flat bread is also eaten.

- Same as we do.

Whats there specialty dish they have?

- Depends on the region. In the south they don't make their food so spicey, as they do in the north east.

whats typical foods/seasoning do they use?

- Look up chineese foods. They tend to use more of the aminal, than we are used to. Don't know if you've had dim sum, but if you have, I'm sure you've seen chickenfeet on the menu ..

- Same as us (well, but in chineese I guess)

1. Rice, fish and vegetables.

2. There specialty dish depends on where in China you are.

     Rice or noodles would be used for sure. Did you know that

     Rice is such a staff of life that leaving a single uneaten

     grain in the rice bowl is considered bad manners.

3.  Again Rice or noodles. Seasonings would be oyster

      sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, chicken

       broth, vegetable oil.

4.  The terms I am sorry to say are hard for me. I hope some

      one else can give you some insight on those
