My son has Neutropenia and I would like to know if there is a natural cure for this. Please only natural cures only.

Neutropenia is usually a symptom of cancer, or of very serious treatment with chemotherapy agents. It's not a specific syndrome, but rather a symptom of another condition

Who diagnosed him with this symptom? What sort of cancer is he being treated for?
