Need A Plan Fitness Trainers.?

I'm pretty skinny.

I'm 5'11'-6' tall, and 120ish lbs.

i would like to know a plan and routine i could be on to gain muscle in these areas:

abs, chest, shoulders, forearms, back and biceps (bascilly kind of everywhere)

my clafs are pretty strong tho

I'm asking what things should i do on a daily/weekly routine, like how many sets and reps on what day and how long rest, ect..

looking for indetailed comments that will help.(comments that give a routine with set reps and what days to do them on and ect.)

    That was me before. Now i'm 180lbs.  It is a good goal.  I know this website with some good muscle building articles from fitness trainers.  it's http://fitness4u.sitesled.com  THere is a insane muscle gain report on the right column you can download for free.  I actually bought the no nonsense muscle book that's on the bottom left column.  It really gave me all the info I needed to know to gain the muscle.  This guy is really motivational and knows his stuff.  It's got dvd's included too so you can see how to do the workouts.  He use to be skinny too.  Read his page.  It's alot cheaper then buying a personal trainer.
