Need A Room Theme! Help!?

Question

So my sister is moving away to college in 3 weeks and we are going to redo my room because we will have a little extra $$ and i need a theme for my room.

I have had Hawaiian for awhile and im looking for something softer. Like a green or blue or purple? Something where i can buy things to go with it. Like in my hawian room i have layes and small surf bordes and palm trees on my walls.

I need it creative. Major stores where i can get items for my room. I don't have all the money in the world so yah.

ha yea im re-doing my room too and i had the hawiian theme too! i like pink and orange. its soo easy to find things at stores too! i saw one comforter at i think kholes where it was reversable/flip and one side was pink and one side was orange. they also had a light blue and dark blue too!

Well what are some things you're interested in? Soccer? Then get soccer themed stuff. You could paint a border at the bottom of your walls green like grass and paint soccer balls at the bottom. You could do that with any of your favorite sports.

If you want your room still in a tropical or beach theme then paint your room blue for a beach. Get little mirrors and hot glue shells on the outside  border of the mirrors. Be creative.

Must you have a theme? If so, why have strangers choose it for you? we don't know what u like....

i'd stick to just colors and basic designs, a lot easier to codinate and do more with overall. Maybe find a striped blue green and purple comforter and match your walls to it, then the furnishure and decore. ^_^

But if you want a theme, then how bout taking something you really enjoy or just like a lot, and go from there. horses maybe? Or somekinda sport possibly? the go from there, like if horses, u could have a mural of one on the wall, with walls shaded either light blue with a green trim, to represent the outdoors, the sky and the grass, and then have wood colored furnishur and small little horses around. i think that'd look nice....
