Need August survey code for Old Navy, please!?

Please try & take the survey!  The stores really need the feedback. You'd be surprised that with a few HUNDRED surveys given out PER DAY, the store only gets about 50-60 respondants per MONTH.

It only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Transaction #, Date, Store # is all you need to start the survey, so hopefully you can read those on the receipt.

To respond to the other person that answered, it is company policy to only accept the coupon with the correct code word on the survey.  At my store we have a list of codes for each month and are told to make sure it matches. A random word will not be accepted, unless you get a cashier that is not paying attention or was not explained the rules of the survey.

Probably shouldn't tell you this, but what the hey:

Cashiers dont actually need your 'code'. On the bottom of the receipt there's a 'reason code' and that's all they need. So, make up a random word and hand it to the cashier.

However, your local Old Navy does get rated on the scores you submit. So, we greatly appreciate it when you fill the survey out. And, believe it or not, they only get credit when you check a 9 or 10!
