Your question is impossible to answer with the information you provided.  It depends on the school you want to study at, where you want to live, and the lifestyle you wish to maintain while abroad.  The easiest thing to do is just do a little research online.  Start with tuition/books/fees costs for the institution at which you want to study.  Then look for apartments near that school.  You might also look into hostels.  Many countries, particularly in Europe, have these and they can be very cheap but you get what you pay for.  You will have to look at transportation costs.  Would you be able to afford a car or will you have to rely on public transportation or walking/biking?  There are way too many variables (cost of living, exchange rate, etc.) to give you any definitive answers.  Look into websites like www.studyabroad.com or www.gseabroad.com that can help you organize a trip and nail down some of those unknowns.  Good luck.
