My laundry room is very, very tiny. The only storage is a corner "shelf" unit. I really love the look of baskets or those canvas type "cubes" that I see everywhere but can't find much that are designed to fit on a corner shelf.

I found these baskets which are cute but they are a tad small (though I could live with them if I had to). Also I would like to find something a little less expensive as I need 5 of them. If I can't find something I'm not opposed to making them but not sure what materials or how. I would like them to be light weight (no wood or metal) yet strong enough to hold things like light bulbs, batteries, misc utility room junk. If I absolutely can't come up with a basket or similar removable option I will just put a tall lip on each shelf to at least prevent things from falling off.
Anyone know of anything that might work or have a good idea on how to make something (I'm not a carpenter so it can't be a huge complicated project).
