Need Energy for work(PLEASE READ)?

Right now I work from 7am - 3:30pm(5 days/week). I eat a very healthy diet, take plenty of vitamins, and only drink green tea and water. I am always really tired when I get home from work, not physically tired, just really sleepy, when I get home, I just can't stay awake. In a couple months, I am going to start working a second job for an additional 6 hours/day, so I need to find something to keep me awake. I am thinking about using FRS Healthy Energy Drink, I heard it isn't too bad for you. Has anyone tried this, what was your results.

  1. everyone in my family drinks a whole lot of coffee but then they get really jumpy


  2. I've tried it and think that it definitely helps.  When you look at the ingredients it IS more than just coffee, important things like anti-oxidants and B vitamins.  Quercetin is the main anti-oxidant in FRS is in your bloodstream about 4x longer than caffeine.

    I took FRS once in the morning and once in the late afternoon and I never had any crash effects.

Tea isn't bad for you, and it has caffeine.  Pomegranate, and other juices are good.  I might try some nice local milk, you'd be surprised what it can do for you.  It helps your iron and proteins, and you might just feel more revitalized.  The other thing is you may want to think about a nap, or, you might want to start getting up earlier.  Believe it or not, too much sleep can make you even more tired.  Try to get 8 hours, give or take a half hour.  No more or less.

  4. I had went through some article bout FRS healthy drink. I can't comment anything bout this drink since I haven;t try it. But if we look from nutrition theory, the concept of this drink just like coffee. It may boost your energy rite now, but not longer. Our muscle and physical must have enough rest after working. I read an article few days ago, it comments that when we feel very tire the best way to rest is not sleeping but go for jogging or lightly exercise. So that our body can be rest fully either physically or mentally. Stress is the big problem. I try on this way, I feel better now. I also work like h**l but I just wanna let you know, even our nerves also need rest. PLS take care...
