Need English user manual for Janome Secio 8200...

I have had this computerised sewing machine for a few years and managed without the manual (it's in Japanese!). But now i've done something or pressed something i should'nt have and now it still powers up but i can't get it to do anything. please help me find english instructions.Thanksvaseem
