I'm Green Card Holder (permanent resident)... but my original passport from Ukraine Expired (September 2007).. Can I still go?

You need a valid unexpired passport to get into the Bahamas and the green card to get back into the USA. Sorry

Some countries won't let you into their countries with less than 6 months left on your passport.

I suggest you get in touch with the Ukraine Consulate and see what they suggest.
