Need Help Deciding on the Perfect Morning...?

... schedule. Basically, I'm going to be in my second year of college and I have classes that start at 8 or 9 and need to be out of the dorm 1/2 hour before. I want to find time to work out, get ready, have breakfast, have time to myself, etc. I just want mornings to be leisurely so I'm not running around. I really want to make mornings positive. How early should I get up without being too tired and how many hours of sleep should I aim for?

I realize this question requires more specific information about how long it takes me to get ready, etc. but that varies. What would you do? Explain how long it takes/ would take you so I can get an idea. Thanks!

  1. Aim for at least 8 hrs of sleep. 1/2 an hour of exercise is sufficiant so if you wake at 6 /6.30 then you should have enough time to excercise and get ready. and have time for yourself. also pick out ur clothes the night before this will save a bit of time.

  2. Well, as you get older the less sleep you actually need. But I would strive for at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Working out in the morning, whether its 5 minutes or 30 minutes, motivates you and wakes you up. It really depends on how long it takes you to get ready. If not very long, you can workout longer. Or, workout every other day.

I cant put down how long it would take because I don't know long it usually takes you.
