Need Help In Fire Red?

My brother is playing his Fire Red, and he needs help, he just finished the elite four. Now he needs help to get into cerulean cave to catch Mewtwo. He has to fix up Celio's machine i guess, but everytime he talks to him he says " you look busy". I heard you need to find some gems? Can someone help, i wud really appreciate that.

go to mt ember and remember the two rocket goons? battle them and beat them to go inside the cave and i think you need strength to get through. inside, there is a gem called ruby and give it to celio. then celio says there is a another gem on the island(six island). if you go to six island, and go inside the dotted hole, and manage to get the gem, a scientist steals it and you have to travel to five island and beat all the rocket goons to get the gem back adn give that to celio and then you can go to cerulean cave and catch mewtwo. you need to have the national pokedex. to get the dex, catch 60 pokemon or have 60 pokemon.

the island where celio's machine is, surf up until you reach land walk further up and there should be a cave with 2 team rocket guys outfront... the gem is indside that cave
