Need Help...Is This a Good Trade?

Question

My starting Defense are the Patriots and my back up defense are the Eagles. I just had someone propose a trade. He wants to trade my Eagles defense for his COLTS defense? What do yall think? Every draft board ive looked at says this is a smart trade...BUT is it really???? I think Eagles D is a tad tougher than the colts. Especially with asante? What do yall think?

There is really no need to carry 2 Ds on your fantasy team unless you are starting 2 Ds (doesn't sound like you are). there is always some scrub WR on your roster that you can drop on your D's bye week for 1 week.

i'd rather have Eagles & Colts over an aging Patriots D that hasn't been that great in fantasy for 2-3 years

Dont do the trade the eagles will get you a bunch more points on a bye week than the Colts will because they colts cannot defend the run very well and the eagles are one of the best in the league at defending the run.

I think this is a good trade, but look at who both teams play on the the Pats bye week.  THEY ARE your defense.  I think you are putting to much effort into this already.  The Defence is really pretty un important in the grand scheme of things and you have one of the best.  Maybe this is something you don't want to give to this guy?
