Need Help! Microsoft Visual C++ Error when Installing Photo Impact Pro 11?

I am trying to install Photo Impact Pro 11 on my brand new HP desktop. Every time I do it, it gets started on installing the program then pops up the message below:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Windows\syswow64\MsiExec.exe

R6034

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

What do I do?? I called the Photo Impact people (Nova) and they emailed me some things to do but they didn't help...I need to get this program on my computer to finish something TONIGHT! Anyone know what to do to fix this??? TIA!

    C: \ Windows \ syswow64 \ MsiExec.exe is the c-file system

    I suggest you clean up your registry file repair
