Can anyone please tell me what the message or meaning jesus is trying to get through to us in bible- Matthew:20-1-16

It's all right there in V. 16

Christ was King but came as a servant, he humbled himself to serve others. This actually makes him first or highest in priority, rather than last. To look at it another way, Mother Teresa humbled herself to do for others yet as a result was thought of as great.
