At my place of employment we are celebrating 20 years of dedicated service to the youth of our community? what would be a good float theme?

A good theme would be one celebrating the local culture and/or diversity of the youth in your area that they were also invited to help build. Sounds like a great job you have, best of luck. :)

how about "Ride the tide of success". Thats encouraging the youth community to get on board with successful opportunities. It could be decorated with beach paraphenalia.
