Need Help With Finding Someones IP Address?

I have some stupid tracker on my myspace and I gives me the IP address of who visits but i was wondering Is there any way i can Some how find out whos IP address it is?

I would imagine not

Attaching a username to the IP Address is something that Myspace would probably be able to so, but not without a court order

Too many privacy concerns
