Can u make fried chicken with butter instead of oil??? HELP??

  1. You can make "oven fried" chicken with butter instead of oil.  I have made it before and it always tastes yummy!

  2. No.  It burns at too low of a temperature.  Use oil or, better yet, Crisco shortening.  About 1/2 to 3/4 inch in a skillet, heated to 350 degrees F.
