Need Help With My Toolbar?

Ok So I Was fixing my tool bar and when i opened a page it wasnt there when i cancled the page it was there how do i put it back on every page i have and open etc i Have 2 pages i can click on the bottom to go to the other page help first on that works gets ten points

  1. Toolbars suck! Remove them all. They are mearly for advertisement!
