Ok After asking a question about general information i think i have come up with a decent build on dells website. what do you guys think. upsides, downsides, and everything in the middle. the more info the better (i.e. more info gets you best answer) I will be using it mainly for internet, music and multitasking, but not for games. here are the specs. thanks

  1. You do not want Vista Home Basic.  If possible go Vista Business or at least Home Premium.  There may come a time when you want the networking capability of Vista Business or Vista Ultimate.

    Even if you aren't using it for games, you might want to rethink the integrated video.  Integrated Video typically underperforms and it uses standard RAM for the video memory, taking some away from the OS and applications.


  2. It looks pretty good except except it's a Dell, and I'm not sure about the speakers.
