Need Help enlarging JPEG photo?

Hey yall, so I was on my computer and I came across this old picture of me with one of my favorite guitarists (Eric Krasno from Soulive). However, its really small for some reason and I want to make it larger and clearer. This is a really important picture, so I hope yall smart peoples can help me! THANKS ALOT

You can enlarge the dimensions of the Jpeg if you an image editing tool like the Photoshop. What you have to do is, open the picture in photoshop, goto Image->ImageSize or press Alt+Ctrl+I and then you have the image size dialog box. You can increase the dimensions of the picture as you want and click OK.

Note that none of the image editing software can improve the quality of the jpeg only by enlarging it. In fact, the picture will look less sharp if you do so.
