Need Help getting Good Quality Surround Sound system of Low Price?

I'm looking for a Good Quality Surround Sound System that's also Cheap

Does anyone know of any brands, Models, Websites etc...

When it comes to home theater, cheap and quality sound do not go hand and hand at all.

But Bose proves that expensive and quality also don't work either.  (Bose sucks).

To me inexpensive is 1,000 for a decent quality sound for cheap.  I would look at the MTS-01 system from SVSound.com  any cheaper and you are getting just that. Cheap.
