ok well i need some ideas for my next article....i am hopeing to get it in ag youth or high plains journal.....PLease help me

if you article is referring to agriculture, research the use of potatoes for making Ethanol. I was told back in the middle 1980's, that the best corn to use for that purpose, is one one with a high starch content. Sugar was never mentioned at that time. I believe potatoes have a much greater starch content that corn.

It would be interesting to find out if potatoes would be a feasible alternative to corn. If it was possible, they could harvest the potatoes the same time as the corn, as the potatoes could be planted in between the corn rows.
