Need Help on What to do on Gta4.?

can You help me on what to do on gta4 cause i have nothing to do....i've completed the game...I have done everything i think i can think of to do that is fun...and now im all out of ideas...can you help me what to do that is fun so i can be enterained?

In my idea Strip clubs can be quite fun!!!!! LOL

But there is a whole load of stuff to do like sub missions, Bowling or just do what i do and just go on a rampage and kill random people or blow s**z up!
